2015 – Year of FOF!

Year of FOF – Focused on Fitness!

Why not share our journey this year and encourage each other to be focused on fitness. Why? I think we all need help with encouragement, tips, mini workouts, recipes etc.  I no longer want to be scared to exercise and want to make 2015 the year that I kick start my fitness and really focus on being fit and healthy. I would love for you to join me too!

To get the ball rolling, here is my before photo at the start of my 12WBT journey and I’m now half way through and the mindset is starting to change. I feel I am only half way there and really need to build some life changing habits to make it stick once I’m off the program and don’t have the tracker tools etc.
